1. MIMIT Central Library has conducted AICTE sponsored "Staff Development Programme" (Two weeks) on "Library Automation, Networking and Digitigation" under the scheme of Short Term Training Programme from 20th July to 1st August, 2009

2. It has organised Punjab Technical University, Jallandhar (PTU) sposored "Faculty Development Programme" (one week) on "Computerized and Digital Library" from 16th to 20th January, 2012
